Continuing five generations of trail performance, the Ultraventure 5 delivers maximum underfoot protection and plush comfort for technical trails, gravel paths, and road-to-trail transitions. Built on a generous 35mm x 30mm stack height, this iteration features an upgraded ZipFoam™ midsole compound tuned for an exceptionally soft landing paired with lively energy return. Up top, the durable mesh upper retains Topo Athletic’s signature foot-shaped silhouette, providing an anatomical, roomy toe box that allows toes to splay naturally while securing the midfoot and heel.
Grounded on a high-performance Vibram® XS Trek outsole, the Ultraventure 5 utilizes an intentional lug geometry designed to shed debris and maintain multi-surface traction on both wet and dry terrain. Updated for rugged outdoor utility, the durable upper now integrates Topo’s universal gaiter attachment system to keep trail debris out during dirty, technical runs. Complete with an anti-microbial performance insole and a low 5mm heel-to-toe drop, this neutral trail shoe combines long-distance comfort with natural movement.
